These Terms of service apply to you as a member who is a user or advertiser at PlusClicks.
1. User account
1.1. You may not transfer or sell accounts.
1.2. Since your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. Keep it safe-it is your responsibility, we will not be responsible for any incorrect access to your account due to incorrect password management.
1.3. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will terminate all of them. This also applies to your money account, which must be unique and not shared with another user.
1.4. Only one account on the computer can view advertisements. If multiple accounts on the same computer are viewing ads, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.
1.5. You can only view ads by one ip address for 24 hours. On the other hand, you can use multiple ip addresses to log in. Any attempt to do otherwise may result in termination of your account. Login from proxy servers or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to, schools, local networks, cybercafes, etc.) is not allowed.
1.6. Your email addresses will not be shown or sold under any circumstances.
1.7. PlusClicks will not change User account information based on user request. Requests to change the uplink and username will be rejected.
1.8. Users who use false information when registering or changing their personal settings will be blocked.
2.1. You can invite as many people as you want.
2.2. Each of your referrals as users must have a unique email address.
2.3. You must not send an unsolicited email or force anyone else to become your referral. You also can't use a service that tries to sell you referrals. We will investigate such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.4. Rented referrals have a return policy. This exchange policy is only for rented referrals and they will only be replaced if new ones are available. Rented referrals are allocated based on the activity rule, but we cannot predict or guarantee how they will behave afterwards.
2.5. A referral will never be able to change the member who referred him / her.
2.6. You can only rent referrals when they are available and within your current membership. Having more referrals than the allowed amount will result in the deactivation of income from all referrals.
2.7. The clicks you receive from referrals are directly related to your clicks.Referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on server time, which can be seen on the "view ads" page.
2.8. Clicks made by your referrals will be credited to your account instantly. However, depending on the server load, they can be credited within 24 hours.
2.9. The number of referrals is limited depending on the referrer's membership. Users can see the limit on the referral list page.
3. Forum, General user behavior
3.1. You have access to forum reading, except in private areas.
3.2. You can post on the forums after completing the registration and login process.
3.3. We do not tolerate racism, sexism or offensive comments from our members. Debates and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate rude treatment, insults, senseless inflammatory posts towards our members or PlusClicks staff.
3.4. You have the right to Express your opinion without offending other users.
3.5. All types of advertising, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchanges/requests and offer or request services are prohibited in forum posts/topics. Forum spam with meaningless messages / messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing of email addresses, links to social sites and messenger IDs is also prohibited.
3.6. Any accusation without evidence, intimidation, threat or disrespect PlusClicks and/or PlusClicks employees / assistants, here or elsewhere, will be treated as disrespectful and may result in the removal of forum usage privileges, as well as permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership, or any other benefits.
3.7. Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly cause damage PlusClicks, its users, sponsors or service providers will be deemed offensive and may result in the suspension of forum privileges.
4.1. You, as a user, can earn on each advertisement only once in 24 hours.
4.2. We accept any advertising except for pages that are out of bounds, have malicious code, are redirected to another page, have adult, illegal content, contain any multi-level offers or contain referral sales. Also, any advertisement that uses PlusClicks a name for any unrelated services is not allowed. Your advertised web page should load within 10 seconds as the progress bar for counting the exposure period will start by then. Your advertised site should support multiple visits per second.
4.3. Ads can be viewed on mobile phones or tablets. Ads must be clicked with the mouse and computer (the correct way to be shown correctly).
4.4. We reserve the right to reject any advertising that we do not consider necessary to show.
5. Anti-cheat policy
5.1. Every attempt, in any way, to hack the system will be recorded.
5.2. Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes not. In any case, when you request a payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in response. As a rule, attempts to hack the system lead to the termination of the account.
5.3. You may not use anything that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you, including but not limited to any software, plugin, script, or autoclicker.
5.4. The end result of any piracy attempts is account suspension.
6. Payments to users
6.1. All payments will be made through perfectmoney. There are currently no other payment methods. You can only request an unlimited amount to pay to the payment processor that you used to make the most of your purchases in cash. The maximum amount you can request from other payment systems is equal to the value of the purchases you made through them individually. In case of equality of the highest value of purchases between two or more payment systems, you can make an unlimited payment request for each of them, which is part of the face value.
6.2. All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 48 hours of request if payment processor services are not working.
6.3. The minimum payment amount is $2.00. A fee may be deducted from the amount paid, depending on the payment processor you use.
6.4. You can only request one payment at a time.
6.5. You must have a valid and existing Perfectmoney ID. All payments will be sent directly to that user's email address and cannot be cancelled.
6.6. We are only responsible for sending your payment to the payment system. Any action after that must be processed by payment processor support.
6.7. Users must accept payments made to their perfectmoney account within 30 calendar days or the payment will be cancelled and it will not be refunded.
6.8. Your payment processor account must be fully functional and have no restrictions on investments and / or withdrawals. Investments from restricted or frozen payment system accounts will be automatically rejected. Withdrawals to restricted or frozen accounts will be prohibited and will not be refunded to your main balance.
6.9. Any refund of any payment we send to you will be ignored and it will not be added back to your account or sent again.
7.1. All payments are made via the links available in the "My account" section. Other payment methods are not accepted. Direct manual transfers to the perfectmoney account are non-refundable.
7.2. All payments are non-refundable.
7.3. All chargebacks or canceled transactions made on your payments will result in immediate account suspension.
8. Money back policy
8.1. The purchase of upgrade is non-refundable.
8.2. Purchases of exposure packs and clicks on your ads are non-refundable.
8.3. The purchase of exposure packages for your banners is non-refundable.
9. Account lockout
9.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any good reason, including, but not limited to, non-compliance with our terms of service.
9.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away, and no refunds will be given.
9.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you will not be able to register using the same username or email address.
9.4. After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity.
9.5. We will not delete user accounts for any reason, even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
10.1. PlusClicks is not responsible for any delays or failures that are not directly related to PlusClicks and therefore beyond our control.
10.2. PlusClicks reserves the right to change the terms of service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, and reserves the right to cancel its services at any time and without any notice.
10.3. PlusClicks is not responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every vendor we depend on.
10.4. PlusClicks is not responsible for any tax payments to you on what you receive from us. It is your responsibility to declare what you received and pay your country's taxes.
